Almost halfway listening to my first @adamsilvera and loving Rufus and Mateo. I'm looking forward to the tv series adaptation where Death-Cast informs people that they only have 24 hours to live.
Death is inevitable. To be able to know a day before you die I think is a gift. So curious as to how this story ends!

pickHoly crap what fun this was. Crazy, sad, and dark. It was a great mash up of a few of my favorite things.
This book has a lot of hate here and on #GoodReads, but I am not ashamed to say I loved this twisted game of Clue.
pickSince this is an anthology, there is something for everyone. There is a lot of diversity from the types of women to their accomplishments. The art styles also vary! I enjoyed seeing all the different types of art. All the contributors are either female or nonbinary which adds to the inspiring narrative of the collection.

so-soI loved the premise of the book, but it ultimately fell a little short of my expectations.
My main issue with the book is the pacing. It is very slow. Getting through the first half of the book was a struggle. Once I was about halfway through, the pace (luckily) picked up.
