#fearfulfall this is my lame attempt to participate in todays prompt. Lol. Top right the scary tree in front of our house. That becomes scarier when it‘s lost all its leaves because I have a family member who loves to feed the cats and in the winter you can look up on a moon filled night and see outlines of them, 7 or 8 sometimes just watching you from the branches. Which makes me think of Stephen King‘s Sleepwalkers movie and those cats, 👇🏼

Reggie which made me think of this novella that is so effing bad it‘s good. There is a kid with a cat and he grows up and along the way he has become a person of all things cats with a demon cat living in their old out of the way Vermont house. Well, one day 2 couples will take a Vermont tour that unexpectedly meets a winter storm that strands them out of the middle of nowhere. This is campy and delicious and don‘t read if you‘re pregnant. All the cats!! 2y

Reggie @DivineDiana and then we have these motion lights that keep coming on in the middle of the night cause they‘re feeding them and it‘s a trip when you‘re home alone at night to see those lights come on. Lol 2y

Reggie @Bookzombie this is one I need to rewatch hit ever since the pandemic I keep hitting repeat on The Stand miniseries on YouTube. Someone uploaded it and it just plays on repeat in the back while I game. 2y

Bookzombie The Stand is my next SK book to read. It may not happen until New Year since I have several chunksters to read before I get to it. I haven‘t seen the miniseries. I‘m assuming this is the one from the 90s, but I also haven‘t seen the new one. Sleepwalkers is on Pluto to watch for free with a few a few commercials. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ 2y

Holy spawn of Pet Sematary, Batman! This was soooooo bad it was good. I don‘t know how one puts the amount of schlocky goodness Mr.Lewis does in here and still have it be a winner. There is an outcast boy in a rich family whose only friend is a cat, Mr. Green. Years later, that outcast boy is a bestselling author of books about cats when a stranded group from a tour bus shows up on his doorstep in the middle of a blizzard not knowing the 👇🏼

Reggie the danger they have just put themselves in. This book has everything- cat wallpaper, bad decisions, a witch, intestines strewn about, even worse decisions. Just a warning-if you‘re pregnant-I would sit this one out. So much fun. Pick! 4y

Reggie @TrishB Thanks, lol, in the back he talks about how this book started over 25 years ago when he was in 7th grade just having watched Pet Sematary. You can totally tell that‘s what happened. 4y

AmyG I loved Pet Sematary..book and original movie which was horrible and wonderful. I had a crush on Dale Midkiff for a brief moment...if anyone knows who that was. Horror, cats, STACKED. 4y

Got my second shot today! Reading this lovely gem while waiting in line. I was also tickled as I heard the Golden Girls theme song. I asked the woman behind me if we were gonna watch an episode while waiting in line but sadly it was just her ringtone. Lol Happy reading, Littens.

Ruthiella Congratulations on your second dose! 😀 The theme to the Golden Girls was a popular song before it became attached to the show. That‘s how you know that you are old-when pop songs from your youth are used for ads and TV theme songs.😂 4y

Reggie @Ruthiella 2 years ago we hired this young kid in our department. We were walking the casino floor when a certain song came on he asked who sang it. On the inside, I was frozen in horror at the realization that I‘m getting older then answered-Madonna. Lol 4y

Reggie @AmyG I saw ur original comment before I went into work and laughed because while I don‘t think Tubular Bells is appropriate for a clinic setting I would have laughed because we horror fans have to stick together. Lol One time this girl came to our casino and her ringtone was the song from Silence of the Lambs, Goodbye Horses. I laughed so hard and she just smiled real big. 4y
