Here‘s my #bookspin list for January. A lot of #AuldLangSpine books, some owned books, we‘ll see what pops up for #Roll100 next week. And I‘ve already requested the books I need to from the library.
Ok, gotta leave some ARCs for #AugustARC 😂 but it was so nice to get all those kids books off my shelves, so now I'll turn to this monster. MORE THAN 24 HRS LONG!! 😲 😲 #20in4 #readathon
It has an interesting enough story line and the ending has me intrigued by what will happen next. That said, the characters are so-so; very stereotypical characterization that had me rolling my eyes by the end. The plot twists were too erratic and the characters overdone. I enjoy the idea, the the application is a little shoddy, it felt like she was trying too hard to check all of the boxes for contemporary fantasy lit for young adult
