Read this week for a book tour review, this book game so Kate in December that I just read through it & didn‘t take the 4-week challenge. I do think I will after the New Year. The Blue Zones if you aren‘t familiar are 5 areas in the world where people live longer, into the 100s: Sardinia (Italy), Okinawa (Japan), Nicoya (Costa Rica), Ikaria (Greece), and Loma Linda (California). This book outlines a 4-week challenge to adopt their practices in ⬇️
