From what I have read I think I might fly through this one but will have tissues ready. Don‘t think I will make my reading goal this year but I‘m not stopping. #41of2023
4⭐️ this is a super cute love story about overcoming first love and heartache and trauma. It was a fun sweet read throughout the majority of the story. However, I do have a complaint. There is like two major spicy scenes in the book, and I don‘t mind spicy, that just didn‘t match the story. The “dirty talk“ that took place was so unbefitting for the characters. would have rated it higher if it was different.

As I said in my last post, my dad‘s book pick is first in the friends pick for me challenge. And to be quite honest, Dr. Zhivago seems to be quit chunky. I am also doing a scratcher card from a book talk box this year called “what‘s My Next Book“. First scratch off was sports romance which appears to possibly be a little spicy.
