I was out of commission yesterday and I forgot to post a #JubilantJuly update the day before, so I‘m doing that now! I finished the tagged book today, bringing my page count to 991 pages, and have officially met all my goals! Woohoo! 🎉🥳🎉🥳🎉🥳

To Audrey‘s dismay and embarrassment, the song gets her ex‘s band noticed, is an instant hit, and her life is turned upside down. Audrey has to learn quickly how to deal with her new celebrity status and makes a few mistakes, but comes into her own. Lots of fun music references!

As I was going through my shelves, I noticed the number of music-themed books that are currently out. I'm a sucker for them but can they live up to the similarly-themed Audrey, Wait! which I absolutely adored? Time will tell. (But, seriously, check out Audrey if you haven't yet.)
