I‘ve just signed up for #bfc28! This is the first time I‘ve done #bfc and it‘s a great time to develop new habits.
I‘ve just started daily mindfulness so I need some support to continue with that, plus I‘m aiming to do yoga (at home of course!) 4 times a week.
I‘ve also set a goal of 15 books.
