I can‘t remember who suggested this one … but thank you. I enjoyed it .. I‘m thinking there will be a sequel which should be interesting

A horse is a horse of course of course (just because I like pictures 🤠)
Book 155📚 3⭐️
A twist I haven‘t seen recent in my YA thrillers - a very neat concept.
But I wanted more from the end!! Maybe it a set up for book 2?
Only 3 DNFs this month. That's pretty good for me...
Big Swiss DNF'd at 33%
Before We Were Innocent DNF'd at 27%
Someone is Always Watching DNF'd at 19%
As much as I loved this premise, I found most of the twists to be very predictable way too early on. Nothing really surprised me, but it was still relatively entertaining.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Enjoying this YA thriller, but the narrator reads so slowly that I had to speed it up to 1.4 !!

New Amstrong. Couldn't resist checking it out. My library hold just came in ☺️
I'm not sure about this one. Still love my Kelley Armstrong writing and characters, but something about this story doesn't quite land for me. Maybe because I came to the wrong conclusion and feel a bit like the true end was too easy? Maybe because it ended, but then there's an epilogue-esque chapter that doesn't really tie up anything. Maybe we're meant to feel unsettled. Maybe it's too close to possible. Still a great read. #18-2023
I love Armstrong‘s Rockton books and have dipped into some of her other series, so I was excited to see this available on NetGalley. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The concept is intriguing, but the bad guy is broadcast way in advance and she relies upon a crutch used by lesser writers than her.
