A sweet and spicy cowboy romance 🤠 👢
Emmy and Luke have known each other all their lives, but when she returns home after an accident, they see each other in a new light.
I'll definitely be reading the next book in the series!

I loved this book a lot. I was in the mood for a romance and cowboy type of book. I got it reading this book. I loved the couple and their story a lot. I rated the book a 4 out of 5 stars.
Emmy returns to her hometown after an injury in horse riding. There she runs into her brother‘s best friend, Brooks. They can‘t seem to be able to stay away from each other, so they have to keep their relationship a secret. Will they be able to?
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This one was cute & funny. The FMC was a little annoying. I wanted a bit more spice.
2024 has been a weird reading year. I made my goal yesterday (150) but have also had the biggest reading slump of my life since finding out I'm pregnant. Tips and tricks??
I joined a lovely Book PR group and found the most incredible community.
I completed multiple series I've been working on forever.
I listened to Order of the Phoenix four times apparently?!?
My favorite read of the year was a tie: Cloud Cuckoo Land and A Little Too Familiar.
I have to clean this morning before company comes over to celebrate the holidays early… so why not listen to this western romance while I tidy?
Bought this one for the cover 😍🤷🏼♀️ but ended up really liking it! Onto the next in the series.
A sweet enough slow burn cowboy romance with lovely main characters. But it was just missing something, I found it slightly boring. I wouldn't rush to pick up a sequel.
1️⃣9️⃣ An entertaining easy read. I saw this on my kindle store and was drawn to the cover. I really wanna marry a cowboy now 😂
She's off -limits, but he's never been good at following the rules...
It's a very spicy read.
Plus, I absolutely love the cover of this book 📖
These contemporary western romances were cute enough, but the prose was far too simplistic (bordering on juvenile) to really enjoy the reading experience. The romance/plot felt a bit more developed in the 2nd book, but they are both so short that any strong character development was impossible. I do love the pulpy western-style covers (definitely what convinced me to try), and I could see them being adapted into Hallmark/Netflix-style Rom-Coms.
I‘m not sure why I picked this one up. It wasn‘t on my TBR.. I must have just come across it scrolling on Libby.
This is a cowboy/western romance. It‘s set on a ranch in Wyoming. Emmy is a professional horse rider and has a riding scare so she comes back home. Luke is her brother‘s best friend and she‘s looking at him a bit differently now. She has ADHD and it talks about her triggers and things like that.
I love a slow-burn romance but it's been a while since I've read one that I enjoyed from opening line to the last one.
Her Emmy and Brooks had me hooked. Sage has a great way of writing that really showed through the more I read, even as I tried hard to pace myself, but this one was too good and it gave me what I needed.

I can't wait for my library hold for the next one.
3.75/5 ⭐️ My first western romance was a sweet and steamy one. One thing that really bothered me was the male MC calling the female MC "sugar" a million times ?
I've been playing around with some picture editing apps and made this! #LitsyCrafters
Cute, sweet western romance. ADHD rep, brother‘s best friend, delightfully tropey and a great escape. #BookspinBingo @TheAromaofBooks
What a FANTASTIC small town romance, featuring a successful cowgirl going through a rough patch and struggling to (literally) get back in the saddle, and a hunky cowboy (plus older brother's best friend) who suddenly starts to see her in a whole new light when she takes a break from the rodeo circuit and comes home to Wyoming. Don't let the cover fool you - there's plenty of delectable steam and dirty talk 🤭. Only negative is that it's a debut 😭
