Amiable I drink hot tea all day long! Started the day with a Yunnan, transitioned to a white/green blend in the afternoon, and—like @SpeculativeFemale —finished the evening with a cup of Sleepytime. 2mo

SpeculativeFemale @CrowCAH Yes, it's a blend that usually includes chamomile and some other herbs. Different companies have different blends. My favorite includes spearmint. 2mo

Amiable @CrowCAH Sleepytime is made by Celestial Seasonings and contains camomile. I also like Bigelow‘s Sweet Dreams tea, which adds valerian with the camomile. Not sure if it really puts you to sleep but it‘s still a soothing nighttime ritual for me. 🙂 2mo
tpixie @Amiable I‘ll have to try bigelow. I don‘t like camomile, so it has to be hidden a little. The spearmint may help with that also. I also don‘t like chocolate or vanilla in tea, otherwise I love tea! 2mo
CrowCAH @Amiable I think the ritual or routine is what gets the body ready for bed. But drinking a warm drink before bed can‘t hurt. It‘s kind of like the warm milk idea. 2mo

Read4life @TheBookHippie introduced me to Clipper Strawberry & Elderflower tea. It quickly became my favorite. I don‘t like sweet and this is flavorful but subtle. @tpixie I am also not a fan of chamomile. I also enjoy both Irish & English Breakfast teas. 2mo
