Last Rites was good but hard to read a times. It ends very close to when he died after the last concert. As usual I loved reading about his antics but a lot of the medical stuff was just painful and I didn't realize that he was in such bad shape in the end 🖤

peaKnit I literally just finished the book and I too really enjoyed his reflections on his final concert. I still haven‘t seen it and look forward to coming out in some fashion so that I can watch. 3w

TheBookHippie I like it. It‘s a bit sadder for me. Still grieving his loss I think. I‘ve always told ppl how I feel -but I‘ve been dealing with death my entire life. Perspective .. 1mo

peaKnit I need to catch up but yes, definitely easier to be honest as I get older. I don‘t care as much about what everyone thinks, it feels good to be more vulnerable. 1mo
