#JuneItsElectrifying Day 24: Our family‘s #FavoriteMusical of all times. I was already sobbing my heart out at the opening scene. Watched it in New York‘s Broadway back in 2014 when we scored a 50% discount from TKTS, as recommended by a friend who lived there. And we were so close to the stage. Happy days!

CareBear This is my favorite too! 6y

So yeah, I was feeling bad about not being more supportive of @LitHousewife and her #LesMisLovesCompany read-a-long; so I ordered a copy to maybe join in, albeit late... This mf-er is 2-1/4" thick, and the cover art (Jillian Tamika) is so gorgeous, that if I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna have to find a copy that I don't mind chopping up!

LitHousewife Yeah!!!! I'm so glad. I found the first 195 pages a pretty quick read. I hope you do, too. Welcome to #LesMisLovesCompany !!! 7y
Dogearedcopy @LitHousewife I probably won't start until May. I'm reading 'The Scarlet Pimpernel' right now; and they are both close enough in time and place setting that I would confuse the two if I started Les Miz now... Plus, seriously, I need to find a beat-up copy to chop! (edited) 7y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa Maybe try the Serial Reader app, and get a small section e-deliveried to you daily. 7y
Dogearedcopy @Riveted_Reader_Melissa @lithousewife I thought about it (already have the Serial Reader app); but I decided I really wanted the new translation by Penguin UK's Christine Donougher. I went ahead and bought the ebook edition; but still, I'll have to wait until the end of April/beginning of May, and then read like mad to catch up! #LesMisLovesCompany 7y
