pickEnjoyed this book. I usually don't reread books but I am sure I will reread this one. It's set in the 1930's - 50's, with a little bit in the 1980's and 2019. It's a historical novel focusing on an Italian Crime Family.

I finished this final. It's a chunkster. Over 500 pages. After reading this, Pence should have been President, instead of Trump. Book from his childhood to the end of VP term. I thought it was very good.
It hit a lot of my challenges.

I became part of this book. I went through a whole string of emotions with it. It's beautifully written. I felt the ups and downs of this family. I enjoyed the fact that the women took charge when during that time period it was not the way things were done.
I recommend this book to anyone that likes historical fiction, crime books, or family sagas.
