- 45 minutes workout at home every day
- 2 hours long yoga class once a week

I feel like this is something I need! I keep telling myself that I need to get out walking more but then spend the night on the couch so maybe you'll all keep me accountable!

I'm all ready for the #bookfitnesschallenge hosted by @wanderinglynn ! My goals are to finish 12 books (I'm gonna let a couple longer books I'm currently reading count) and to run, hike, or walk 4 times per week. Since I'm getting gum graft surgery on May 10, I won't be able to do more than walk for a while, but I'm hoping this challenge will inspire me to get back to it as quickly as possible! 👍 #audiobookfitnesschallenge #bulletjournal #bujo
