When I was a senior in high school the school librarian would not let me check out a copy of Jubilee Trail, because she said it was not appropriate for me. So if a senior couldn't read it, what was it doing in the school library? I went across the street after school and got it from the public library! #BannedBookBonanza

For day three of #bannedbooksweek I‘m showing off FAHRENHEIT 451. This book has been challenged because the book has discussions of being drunk, smoking cigarettes, violence, “dirty talk,” references to the Bible and using God‘s name in vain (ala.org 2006). How absolutely absurd.•
