pick4 Stars • Tricked is the fourth book in The Iron Druid Chronicles by Kevin Hearne. In this novel, Atticus O'Sullivan, a 2,000-year-old Druid, teams up with the Navajo trickster god Coyote to fake his death and avoid the wrath of Norse gods. This leads to confrontations with skinwalkers and other supernatural entities. The book includes themes of cunning, betrayal, and survival, maintaining the series' blend of humor, urban fantasy, and mythology.
pickWhile juggling going after human traffickers, Buck making his Machiavellian plans, & Nadia starting a new religion, Al finally gets a lead on his curses.
Probably my favorite of the trilogy. Humorous & heartwarming, a perfect ending to the series, although I would have happily read more of Al! Loved Al of A‘l‘s quests, & his friendships. A bit of a deus ex machina ending, but it really made me laugh. Need to buy the audio copy!🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
Got off to a great start for #MarvellousMarch today. I finished Apples Never Fall on Audio, which I enjoyed. It wasn't my favorite Moriarty, but it was good. I also started and finished Holmes, Marple, and Poe, which was entertaining and quick. It's getting late - Poppy has already gone to bed (aka my lap), but I'm gonna get in a little nighttime reading of the tagged book. It's been a minute since I read book 1, so 🤞I am not lost.

pickI continue to enjoy this series. The narration is great! So now we have 2 druids. Love Oberon!! I liked the Druid refresher. Loki is going to be fun! I look forward to the next novel!
