I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps, but light #feelgood reads are not usually my thing. I don't do well with romance, either, but I'm sure #litsytotherescue can help me out :)

Tineke Years and years ago I really enjoyed Bad Karma by David Safier. Not my usual genre, but I thought it was very funny. Other people who I lent the book to agreed. I read it in the Dutch translation. 4y

Advice, please! I have nearly four hours of #audiobook to get through by tomorrow. The narrator sounds like a chipmunk on 1.25 speed. Any suggestions for getting more listening time in a day?

Mdargusch I always listen to my audio books at 1.50 speed and I get used to the voices after awhile. 6y

Hestapleton I put on my audiobook while I meal prep or do chores around the house. I‘ve listened while I‘ve shopped. If I don‘t have anything to do, I‘ll put it on and go for a walk or cross stitch! 6y

I'm trying to challenge myself to read everyday in the month of February. But I left my #currentlyreading book at work this morning. I was planning to try and finish An Untamed State but remembered hope emotionally exhausting it is. And since I would be reading it on my commute... nope.

I guess I'll just miss a day.

Riveted_Reader_Melissa That‘s when I started reading more than one book at a time. There has to be a serious one and one just for fun, because sometimes you‘re not in the mood for serious. There has to be one on my phone app for in line, because I‘m not toting my huge paperbook around all day, just in case. And I usually have an audiobook going too for commutes or laundry day, etc. 7y
