But the delivery isn‘t easy and it‘s not one baby but 2. Realizing one of the twins has a birth defect the dr thinks it will be better to say the child died 🙄and gives the baby to his nurse. The nurse then opts to raise the little girl as her own. Dire consequences arise👇🏼
