Kicked off #NFNov tonight by starting this #audiobook on my #audiorun! Running 3 miles on a treadmill sure is boring, so it was nice to have a good audiobook as company. I love Shirley Jackson, and I'm thinking that this can count as #truecrime for #NFNovbingo! @Clwojick @rsteve388

Caterina @Scochrane26 I just tried a treadmill for the first time this week because the air quality has been bad from the Kincade fire, and I definitely want to run outside again as soon as I can!! But it is so nice to have the option for when the air quality is bad, or it's dark outside, or it's too cold! 5y
