pickI always love when I can fit in a Persephone or two in my monthly TBR. I finished ‘Cheerful Weather For The Wedding‘ a couple of weeks ago for the #PersephoneReadathon. And finally rewatched the film yesterday evening. I must say, I actually enjoyed both equally. The movie was even better the second time, now that I‘ve read the book. I felt, the film did an excellent job capturing the essence of the book, & the playful & witty style of the author.
