Mixed feelings with this one. It is not a great mystery story and it has some religious content which is not my thing. However, I liked the gothic atmosphere how it was described. There were something in the story tone that I liked. Those music scenes were delighted you, could felt that love for the music. But the mystery was in some aspects absurd. A beautiful but sad story about this couple who lost contact during the war. They will meet again but in special circumstances and you will see that encounter in the first chapter. Then, the story goes to the past to know how Lanka and Josef met and what happened to them. It is emotionally intense. Reading about Prague and Terezin made me remind my visit to those places a couple of years ago. 4⭐️
