My first recommendations for someone who doesn‘t specify genre are usually one of these - Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, The Dog Who Saved Me, Saving Jacob, A Man Called Ove, anything by Sarah Addison Allen or The Book Theif. So hard to just recommend one! (Don‘t enter me for the giveaway for this one - I‘ve read all of these. 😃) (edited) 2mo
