The very first book l bought in English... sooo many years ago. Cost me a fortune too... but l loved the cover by Brom, the character and the interior. Basically everything.

There are so many cool fictional weapons out there. Terminus Est from The Book of the New Sun is probably my favorite, but for this post I'm featuring my runner-up.

The Possible Sword is wielded by Uther Doul of the pirate city Armada. When activated it moves through all possible realities appearing like a cloud of blades. Wherever it COULD cut, it does. #WeaponsReady

The Sacred Sword (Ben Hope, Book 7) | Scott Mariani

#weaponsready How about the appropriately titled Sacred Sword by Scott Mariani. This is #7 in another of my favourite series, the Ben Hope Series. I think Ben would also make the list of my favourite characters, a lot of these books have a historical backdrop to a current day mystery and often a treasure hunt as well. Do thoroughly recommend this series. Things may never again be the same for Ben by the end of this particular book, a pivotal book!

CrowCAH @jenniferw88 mine, too!!! If you look closely at the wheel, you'll see there's a space where Jack would fit in and get 'stuck' as he's coming out of the grave. Also, even better, there's a lever which releases the wheel from its cradle and will roll away, just like the movie!!! 😁 7y
