This tiny book is from when I myself was tiny. I've had it since I was two or three.

Day 24 of #bookadventcalendar Family stresses are building up, as they do every year. Glad the day is almost upon us! @LeahBergen
A classic, with some classic mercury glass ornaments.

Day23
This semi-autobiographical novel (first published in 1955) is told in the voice of a prim little 8-year-old girl who must spend her Edwardian-era Christmas at a large country house - with a group of shockingly lively children. 😆

Day 23
Day 23 of #bookadventcalendar I thought I‘d admit I have yet another unread Cornish Christmas book. 😂 @LeahBergen
On Day 22 of #bookadventcalendar, I finally finished wrapping (well, except for one last book present I‘m reading first). This is not the gift but it looked pretty against the sparkly wrapping paper. @LeahBergen
One of my favorites, given my penchant for Sir Terry and Hogswatch. These are Pratchett stories for children, so there‘s not a lot of depth or Discworld to them, but they‘re enjoyable all the same.
And I‘m a sucker for a slipcase.
