Graves Disease is kicking my ass. I‘ve got hives everywhere and my heart is palpitating out out of my chest. The pain sucks, but here‘s to praying and hoping the medicine is working! I technically shouldn‘t even be alive with what my thyroid levels were, so I must be kicking Graves ass somehow 😂

A friend and I joined the #pride parade in Hamburg, Germany 🇩🇪 yesterday. It was quite hot, kinda boring and most stressful because my friend was even quieter than usual, didn‘t say much, wore very unfitting clothing and finally we just sat down at Starbucks and watched the parade walk by. I also had a creepy encounter with an old, drunken man. Sigh. Not the day I thought it would be.

I had such a great time with THE QUEER AND THE RESTLESS and ONE LIFE TO LOSE that I bought GAYS OF OUR LIVES instead of waiting to see if my library would get it. (Yeah, they own the whole series except the first one. I don't get it either.) This one features a grumpy-ass narrator who swears a lot and gets a relatable, unconventional romantic journey. I loved it.

Be forewarned, despite what the TOC says the last 32% of the ebook is previews.
