Released during George W Bush‘s second term it is just as relevant today, providing insight and understanding to the road paved for where Trump now stands. The lessons regarding framing issues and how to change course are strong and worthy, but somehow have been missed by the mainstream left. It‘s a good read, I recommend highly, but damn it‘s sad reading this now, little of this implemented in the decades since. Dems, read it!

Picking a title from my big TBR pile. Looks interesting. I enjoy music even though I may be tone deaf!

“Acknowledgment is a kind of human magic—a small human connection, a gift from one person to another that translates into a much larger, more meaningful outcome.”

Pickpick

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The information in this book didn‘t really surprise me, but it was affirming and inspiring. I enjoyed learning about the science and research and feel newly energized to prioritize the arts and aesthetics in my family‘s life. ⬇️

ICantImReading It reminded me a bit of “Life in Five Senses” by Gretchen Rubin; I think those books would pair nicely together. It also made me think about how America has been suffering a youth mental health crisis and wonder at the correlation to removing arts education from many schools.🎧 13mo
