I finally got around to picking this up as a final readathon read this morning, and it was just what I expected. This story is so well told in words and art, but it‘s also a complete roller coaster for the emotions.

Good morning! I‘m looking forward to listening to lots of audio and reading some print today as I participate in the 24 hour Dewey‘s readathon. I‘m starting my day by listening to Wild Swans while I have breakfast and read some early posts.

Though I am not going to do the full 24 hour readathon like I normally do, as I have out-of-town family visiting for the weekend, I am going to do what I can to read for some of it. I'm starting Hour 1 with the tagged book that I hope to finish today.
