Spent most of the day at Rocky Neck State Park on the Long Island Sound.Swimming, sunning.Sand in my toes. 4 trains went buy which never ceases to excite my two. Memories of days like this while growing up-all 8 of us piled in the car for a day of swimming & reading on the beach.Tuna salad sandwiches, potato chips, grapes, lemonade.

Swam in the lake yesterday- stayed in about an hour swimming gently, floating, totally relaxed. Water warm compared to Long Island Sound.
The hike yesterday was slow for me because it was uphill to the top of Kent Falls.As the elevation increased, I rested at look outs and listened to the falls.As my son said, the sound of the waterfalls was so relaxing,we could stay all day quietly meditating.
