Can‘t recommend them highly enough!

Spectacular, all-too-plausible #dystopia. El Akkad weaves together climate change, the US North/South rivalry, our wars with the middle-east, and the energy crisis and takes them to their natural conclusion in an amazing chronicle of how a terrorist is made. The only thing I have bad to say is that race wasn't really treated as an issue. I have a hard time believing racism wouldn't still exist 70 years from now. #favoritebooksof2017
