pickFrannie is a house-girl at a Jamaican estate. She is transported to London by her master who gives her away as a gift to a friend. She becomes a maid in the house of a rich and influential man. But then one day she's woken up by police and accused of murder.
This book was a bit weird and unrealistic at times, but all in all good.
