My #hyggereadalong for #midwintersolace #naturalitsy was reading this book (and my next post) also for #mtcookbook. This book is ok- a handful of recipes i like. The written parts would have been better as journal prompts, with ways to indicate how recipes tasted and felt. Instead it just seemed obvious but with pretty pictures. (things like get enough sleep, spend time outside, do sun salutations). It‘s a pretty book….
