Today's soup was a kitchen experiment-Classic 'Chicken' Noodle Soup but meatless-using jackfruit (my first time cooking with this fruit & meat substitute). SandyW I've never thought to try jackfruit in soup. I've only ever used it as a pulled pork sandwich (lightly sauteed, then add bbq sauce and heat thru). This sounds delishn Thanks for the inspiration. 6y
