Storylines are starting to really connect/loop. A lot of earlier mentioned characters have resurfaced at Ennet House. 8y

I've been reviewing the circles above the section headings (which I posted about a few days ago) going back to the beginning of the book. Most sections have both a heading and a circle, a few have only a title with no circle, and at least one has only a circle. I don't really have an analysis on all of that yet, though. 8y

Radio signal - pushes out like a "centrifugal theme-park ride" (p.184)

Madame Psychosis caller speaks of the moon revolving around the sun, while it does not itself rotate. (p.192)

Enfield Marine Public Health Hospital complex is described as "seven moons orbiting a dead planet." (p.193)

Addictions can be replaced by other addictions/escapes: gambling, shopping, shop-lifting, sex, work, etc). A cycle, for some addicts. (p.202) 8y

I don't know how this has eluded me for three weeks, but the section markers are circles. I've noticed them, but not placed any significance on the shape until now. I'm sure this is not a coincidence. #infinitejestbuddyread #week4 #loops
