I spent my day off yesterday listening to the tagged audiobook while I did some #mealprepping. 11 Buddha nourish bowls for the week made, with an assortment of sauces. Peanut Lime, Orange Ginger and Txatziki. Guys, these are so good!

vkois88 Looks yummy!! I am in awe of your organization. I like the idea of meal prep until it comes time to it lol... I am also always afraid I won't want it when it comes time to eat it 😑 7y
Ingerella That looks delicious! I like to meal prep every week but some weeks are better than others. This week was not so good! 7y
Clwojick @vkois88 I live for a good organized list and plan lol. But these take barley any effort. A cup of rice, or rice noodles, and a mixture of cooked and raw veggies (anything you have on hand). Last time I got sick of the flavour I made, so this time I did multiple sauces. (edited) 7y

Clwojick @Ingerella I feel you! Some weeks I only prep breakfast wraps, and other weeks I prep all three meals. It‘s been a long time since I‘ve felt accomplished though! So happy I did that yesterday. 7y
Clwojick @ElishaLovesBooks I just kind of winged it! But i usually go on Pinterest for inspiration. Notmally I start off by choosing a few sauces I‘d like, and then I buy the veggies that match the sauce. Then 1 cup of rice noodles or brown rice on the bottom of the bowl 7y
