pickTough call between a pick and so-so on this one. I expected to like it more than I did, and while I wasn‘t enamored with the overall story, I did enjoy a lot of the individual elements. Plus, sometimes the first book in a series has bumps, but introduces the rest of the series, which improves with each book. So, went with a pick.

#SpookyOctober #day2 #MysteriousMonday This is a NF novel about the authors investigations into hauntings, psychic phenomena & the occult. After a previous investigation of the Vampire Goth scene in America, she acquires a ring which is supposedly haunted by its previous owner, Christian, and this new investigation is so she can either prove or debunk this once & for all. It's well written, she has a lot of knowledge to share so it's worth a read.
