pickI finished this last week and have been so busy I forgot to post 🤦🏼. I love this as a spinoff of the Tradd Street series (which is great) and am looking forward to more in the series! Moving to New Orleans, the perfect places for spirits and those sensitive to them, we see a young woman grappling with making her own way in the world while coming to terms with the gifts of those close to her. Definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This one has midsummer night dreams vibes. A love potion goes awry and someone ends up murdered. So of course, she has to solve the murder. The romance was getting started and then the love potion ruined it. 😒

pickLoved it. 🌶️🥵 great spice. Love how House Gluttony is portrayed, Gabriel‘s plotting & the ICE DRAGONS! Adriana spirals quite a bit, from the perspective of being a single woman without a suitable match who can‘t afford another scandal… it‘s not that I don‘t get it, but ooof. Luckily it doesn‘t dwell there for too long, she was a lil maddening. Really loving this series!
The tagged book was definitely my favorite read in November! Though I did put Mirrored Heavens as my bonus pick.
I‘ll need to read 2 really good books in December to finish out this bracket!
