Leopard's Hunt | Christine Feehan

Pickpick

This is one of my favorite series. I get excited whenever there is a new one. I liked this book. It made me happy to read it. This series is about leopard shifters so it is a paranormal romance. Each shifter has one true mate and each book in the series follows two leopards finding each other. There is also a human trafficking plot.

I just love this series. It's about a motorcycle club trying to do good by vigilante justice. The people they go after are very evil and are involved in human trafficking. They are so bad that you are rooting for them to be killed. Even though I don't think this is the best in the series, I still had a great time reading it. The big twist at the end was stupid and not believable. But I still love this enough to keep reading the series. 3 stars

I always enjoy Karen White books with her fun dialogue, notes on architectural history, ghosts and romance. This book takes place in New Orleans instead of Charleston and follows Nola, the daughter of Jack and Melanie.

I didn‘t find it as compelling as the Charleston book series that she started with but it was still an entertaining, engaging novel. It would be a good vacation or beach read. 🏝️ 📕

JulietteReadsALot Welcome to Litsy!!! If you have any questions/need any help with he features, don't hesitate to reach out ;) 2w

Well... winter is back. Time for a little spring cleaning during a spring snowstorm 😅 At least I have an audiobook to keep me warm 🎧📚

ElizaMarie Ugh! I hate it! It snowed all morning here too (but didn't accumulate, it just flaked a bit - but it still made me SO MAD!!!) 1mo
TheLudicReader It was snowing when I walked to work this morning, but it didn't stick and it's mostly rain now. Blech. 1mo
Amandakay I love a snowy morning read ❤️ 1mo

TheAromaofBooks That's how I feel @Deblovestoread - I love snow and think it's pretty... but only November-February 😂 1mo
ShyBookOwl @Deblovestoread @TheAromaofBooks Right?! I'd love for the snow to show up Dec 1 and disappear Jan 2 lol 1mo
ShyBookOwl @Amandakay I do too... but not in spring lol 1mo

Death Dates the Oracle | Kristen Painter

Tru moves to nocturne falls to start becoming an oracle. She meets the hot neighbor next door which her aunts think is a vampire. The aunts have 15 cats!! She makes a mention that the house doesn‘t smell, but I don‘t believe it. Unless they had some magic to keep it from stinking. Eamon‘s family is a mutt mix of magical powers. So he can see hourglasses over peoples head seeing how much time they have left. He hates it and a cat will save his life

Such a strange numb

This is obviously the first in a series. The things I wanted explored are for later books; this is more about Zo's coming to grips with who.and what she is. It was fine, but it didn't grab me enough to want to read the subsequent books when they are published.

I finished this last week and have been so busy I forgot to post 🤦🏼. I love this as a spinoff of the Tradd Street series (which is great) and am looking forward to more in the series! Moving to New Orleans, the perfect places for spirits and those sensitive to them, we see a young woman grappling with making her own way in the world while coming to terms with the gifts of those close to her. Definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
