I fleeeeeew through this book. It was a short one, but it was such a quick and entertaining read that I couldn‘t help myself. I almost forgot I even had it hanging out on my shelf for like 5+ years. Whoops. **Photo featuring the adorable Justice Ginsburg

3 ⭐ This book is well done. It‘s a nice read. The sad part is I think it‘s mostly autobiographical. Tori Spelling was raised by one of the richest men in media and had everything she could want but nothing she did want. I have unfortunately watched things happen in her life due to media that while this book is lovely it makes me incredibly sad for her.

“The only ones who knew how brave they were, were the soldiers themselves. They saw what they saw fighting the war but stayed brave until their mission was accomplished.“

I went to a wreath-making event with some friends from work last night. Mine turned out a little wonky, and there isn't a discernable hole, but it still looks ok above the fireplace!

This book is great for young teens, 64 pages long, published in 1998, about a girl who wants revenge and ends up scaring herself. A great spooky tale. #ISpyBingoOctober @TheAromaofBooks

I loved Hopkins‘ Crank & hoped Sync would pack the same emotional punch. While definitely a tragic story, I felt the novel told in verse would have been better told in prose. The verses here were sometimes more like sparse paragraphs & unfortunately what seemed missing to me was the feeling behind the words.

Storm & Lake have been dealt a tough hand more difficulties find them. At times it gets bleak, but it ends on a note of hope which I liked.

Here is my overly ambitious TBR for December. We are spending a week at my in-law's place, so perhaps I'll get more reading done than usual. This will also be my #bookspinbingo board for the month.
