I have read: Here and Gone by Haylen Beck, The Invited by Jennifer McMahon (I've actually read all her books), The Stepford Wives by Ira Levin ( they have made a movie of this one) Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell. My daughter received this one as a gift from the BookTrust. It is about a small but determined monkey who finds her courage ... and has a very lucky escape! Nicely illustrated with a gentle message, this book also has lots of tips and ideas on how to encourage the early reader's interest and develop their love for stories. My 4 year old loved it and we loved the funny twist at the end. 🐒🐒🐒
