And yes, this may have happened for afternoon tea... A local bakery:cupcake place's take on a lamington--Australian cake made of sponge cake dipped in chocolate and rolled in coconut. This one has layers of raspberry jam and it's really moist and ono (as we say for delicious here). 😋 Paired with Earl Grey Creme tea & one of my current books, an Aurora Teagarden mystery.
