CuriousG @tpixie we got the hardware and instructions kit for the bed from LeeValley. My father-in-law built it. Wallpaper came from Spoonflower. 5mo

Partway through the rough in of the floor to ceiling bookshelves around the custom murphy bed. I must admit this project, although expensive, is actually a lot of fun. Hoping by the winter break we can have all the backs in and shelves painted so I can start filling the shelves on my time off work. Was beginning to think this whole thing would never happen, but it's getting exciting!

CuriousG @AnnCrystal it is a really small room, so if we put a regular bed there I would have had to give up my special reading chair and rotating bookshelf that we made a few years ago. I was unwilling to do that, so this seemed like a good solution. Now if we have a guest I just need to move the chair for a few nights. 😊 5mo
