Just read this book. That‘s all.
Sitting outside this morning and rapidly finishing this book I picked up last night. It had been on my to read list for awhile now. I only wish it hadn‘t taken me so long to pick up. Ahhh, the human story, why don‘t we remember to stop and listen to it?
I‘m currently a part of a small book club, it‘s forcing me out of my comfort zone. That‘s a good thing. Anyone else a fan of those rough edges of advance reader editions? 🙋🏼♀️ #currentlyreading
Just started this one. I‘m hoping for a good scare! We‘ll see! The Woman in Cabin 10 left me hanging a bit, but I still like Ruth Ware‘s style.
Eeeee! I‘m loving this trilogy so much! I‘m so ready for book three, but also a little sad. I know the story will end here and I‘m not sure I‘m ready for that.
VanderMeer is quickly becoming one of my favorite sci-fi writers.
If you aren‘t reading this series, you need to be reading this series! Vandermeer is a genius. If you‘re a sci-fi fan then this series is a must read! Of course I‘m only on the second book of the series, but I‘m telling you. Read it!
I mean, come on. Look at that cover!
Re-reading part one of L‘Engle‘s quintet before the movie is released. I like to read the book (if there is one) before watching its film adaption. I think it‘s showing honor to the author. I‘m excited for the film, but since it‘s been awhile since I‘ve read A Wrinkle in Time, I thought I‘d read it again. Plus, I‘m diving into Annihilation after this, so this is like the calm before VandeerMeer. 😂
I may be overly excited about this one. That sort of thing can quickly lead to disappointment, here is hoping it doesn‘t!
I am about a third through and am so far loving this sweet story about an unlikely international friendship (pen pals 😍) built on a love for books. It‘s about small towns, broken lives, and hope. Oh, and books!!
If you‘re an 80s fan like I am, you‘ll be rolling in the nostalgia by the end of this book! An excellent sci-fi adventure, loaded with 80s references, exciting characters, and surprising moments. This is a must read adventure. I can‘t wait for the film!! Ready Player One...
I know the reviews are mixed and I am only four chapters in, but besides the over use of swear words (Which I‘m assuming is suppose to give off that tough girl don‘t take any crap feel because for some reason the overuse of four letter words is suppose to do that, right? *insert rolling eyes here*), I‘m all in! I love that the protagonist is a girl, I love all the Science, and I‘m in love with the idea of living on the moon.
A story that questions whether we know who we really are. I'm excited to read this.
I'm not even in the middle of chapter one and I'm already anxious to know where this story goes.
As a group of people who are very different from one another, yet not that different at all, who are misunderstood by the people in their worlds, finding one another was life saving.
"If you have ever been lonely and longed for completion, you will be drawn to this book."
Because I believe there is a story behind every curmudgeon. One chapter in and I've already fallen for Ove.
The power of the human connection. I just started this tonight and I'm hooked. Despite the strength that our past has, our futures can be stronger.

Just picked this up thanks to @Chelsey ! I am in need of some hilarity, so far that's exactly what I'm getting! Warm porch, fresh cup of coffee, roses, and the view of the Olympics. Not bad Thursday, not bad at all!
A book I must read at least once a year. You'll find yourself hard pressed to not identify with these characters, unlike some of Forster's tougher reads, this one is easy to follow. It in part carries on in where Angels Fear to Tread, which is a tougher read for sure. Miss Lucy Honeychurch, you are my kindred spirit. As for George, George Emerson, I hope all girls find their version of you. I hope I do.
I don't even know what to love or pay attention to more. The story itself, the mysteries entangled in the story, or the developing relationship, written in the margins, between the readers, Jen and Eric. I'm trying to avoid it being the latter, but I'm romantically hopeless! This book is SO good!
I'm so giddy right now! I can't help but want to read the notes, postcards and letters! I'm not sure where to start. The whole idea of this book gives me butterflies! Eeeeks! I'm so afraid for something to fall out and that I won't be able to return it to its spot. J.J. Abrams, you sir, are a genius!
Do you ever choose to read a book because everyone else is reading it? I mean, "New York Times Bestseller!" Bestseller, people! Maybe it's just because I couldn't really decide what I wanted to read. I have abandoned many books as of late, I need something to fuel my reading fire. Maybe it's this.?
