I don't even want to do this review because I DNFed it. I was on page 249/355. Cliche to the extreme! The find love again only to lose it has been done so many times which I can appreciate. The possessiveness was unrealistic in this situation. If it was meant to be realistic, that was the most unhealthy relationship EVER. The amount of drilling that was done to get the fact that they were soul mates hurt my brain. This book I will not recommend.

TheHungryBookworms This!!! I thought I was going crazy! I was getting so annoyed w the soulmate talk and how they were with eachother. Thank you! 1y

The Stand | Stephen King

I decided to read the complete uncut version thinking "why would I want to hold anything back from the story?" well, I will say after a month of struggling through 1326 pages, I wish I had stuck with the original book. The story itself is intriguing and shocking at times. Perfect book to read during a pandemic?. This is my second Stephen King novel and I might not be a huge fan. I'm gonna give him another go. 3rd times a charm?.

TheNeverendingTBR This is my favourite book of all time 💫 4y
LaMacKi @TheNeverendingTBR I went into it very optimistic I swear. I just felt like it dragged on. It could be my fault completely by going with the extended version right off the bat. In the end it was a good story and I enjoyed reading it during the pandemic we are going through. 4y
JamieArc I read the extended version... I‘m really curious what was added from the original. 4y
TheNeverendingTBR @LaMacKi Maybe it's just not your thing, but I wish it was 4000 pages longer because I still wonder how they're all getting along at the free-zone. 🧡 4y

I wish I hadn't watched the movie first but I don't think it took too much away from how amazing the book is. I laughed and I cried and I cried and I cried. I loved watching Lou grow and get out of her comfort zone. I understood Will and his struggles. I am gonna need a few days to recover after this one. I definitely will be recommending this book to everyone, even if they have already watched the movie.

From someone that has lost a loved one this book is very much appreciated. I felt the longing of one more day, hour, minute with my loved one on every page. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone that has experienced loss. "Miss you everyday Ed".

Good book but very predictable. It was a light read so I didn't mind that too much. I really enjoyed the renaissance faire aspect. Will not be picking it up and reading it again but not disappointed

I've been on a fantasy kick lately. It feels so great to escape the craziness going on right now and go into a different world full of magic. This book takes you on a magical adventure that has so many creatures you can vividly imagine. I will say it's not my favorite fantasy book I've read this year, it does however satisfy. So much so I will be reading the second book in the series shortly. I would recommend this book.

Absolutely LOVED this book. I'm a big fan of classic love stories and this one had all that and in a much easier format. I found myself 100 pages in trying to force myself to slow down because I didn't want it to end. The only flaw is that it did end. I'm extremely excited to say the least, that a new story will follow this League of Extraordinary Women.

Wow! Just Wow. This type of story is real and is happening in many different parts of the world and not just in certain cultures. The way this book teaches that choices take courage is so inspiring. I can't say enough about this book. A debut novel? Are you serious? I can't wait to read more from this author in the future. I will definitely be recommending this book to everyone.

This story grabbed me from the get go. Finished it in one day. I loved the way she gets you attached to the love between characters. So many different forms of love and none of them more or less important. I loved the "squeeze everything you can out of this world" attitude Evelyn had. It's a great book and I will recommend it to others.

Open Book | Jessica Simpson

I didn't realize the depth of Jessica Simpson until I read this book. I remember her mostly from her newlywed reality show and she didn't come off very interesting or even smart for that matter. She proved me wrong with this memoir. I was engaged and eager to find out about all her ups and downs. She was very brave to write about things that us common folk suffer with as well. I would definitely recommend this book.

I have been a gamer for as long as I could remember. I am a huge 80s fan as well. If I could get away with krimping my hair and scrunching my 3 pairs of socks down at 35 I would. This book was so detailed I was in awe at the craftsmanship and research that must have taken years to do. I would definitely recommend this book.

I could smell the caramel popcorn. I could feel the warmth of the fire pit. This author really takes the reader for a magical journey to a circus like no other. I would definitely recommend this book!

Wow!!!! This story will live with me forever! It is so powerful and magical I never wanted it to end. The main character was so primaly strong I loved every second of her finding herself. Everything about this book was beyond what I ever expected. I will definitely be recommending this book to everyone I come across. Ten thousand stars is well deserved!

SW-T I enjoyed this one a lot too. 😊Welcome to Litsy! #litsywelcomewagon 4y
