Turtle in Paradise by Jennifer Holm is a Newberry Honor Book and HF that I fell in love with! In 1935, during the Depression times are hard but Turtle is sent off to Key West to live with her Aunt and cousins. She expects nothing and ends up finding out what the true meaning of having a happy ever after really is.
