I finished this last night. My only thoughts being “what the hell did I just read?” I‘m not sure whether that‘s good or bad. It kept me going though. Hard to walk away from. Intriguing concept. Very Stephen King. Meh.

My face as I ended my favorite book of January. My heart is in pieces. My soul is angry. This is the brand new first book of a trilogy and I have to wait. Ahhhhh.

I‘m an Arthurian legend nerd, lover, whore. Take your pick of adjectives! 😂 I love a good retelling. I cannot stop reading this book. I‘m in love with Guinevere‘s character. How this entwines some other parts of the story often over looked and brings back memories of my childhood.

I adored this book. I read it in chunks- goong part to part. Id stop and absorb what I read. The writing was beautiful. The story was amazing. I absolutely adored this book!!! Can not wait to read it again. ❤️

I don‘t know what to say other than it was soooo good.
Twists I didn‘t see coming.
A beautiful plot and lovely setting I want to be a part of.
I‘m in love with the characters and the main love interest.
Just over all such a great book!!! Oh my heart!

Started this morning post Gideon the Ninth slump.
Just over 100 pages in and hooked.
Weird, creepy, not what I expected.

Almost through to Act 3! Thought it started off slow and confusing but I‘m really into it now and can‘t wait to get into it more! Perfect October read!!

Finished the book: overall, not bad but I find the synopsis doesn‘t match the plot. Found the some what disjointed and convoluted at times.
HOWEVER- will be reading the sequel as these can be beginner issues. Overall an awesome story.
