I enjoyed this ARC historical fiction book immensely.It was well researched and written,gut wrenching at times and definitely kept you on the edge of your seat. I don‘t want to give away spoilers about the book, so on a high level, the main character Celia who is biracial Chinese is captured and taken into captivity in the ancient Chinese tunnels. The book tells of her time in the tunnels spent in captivity and beyond.

This was an ARC.The main character reflects on her lifetime of moral and ethical mistakes that she has made in her lifetime. The storyline goes along two time periods from past to present and Arden the main character relives many of the mistakes that she made in her life in searching for a way to make inner peace with her past. The story was well developed and the characters were relatable as no one is perfect. Highly enjoyable book!

An ARC in exchange for my review .A very uplifting book that follows the main character through the end of one relationship and into a new relationship. This book demonstrates tremendous personal growth of the main character and is very insightful and inspiring. The book was also very interesting because it is based on Indian culture and traditions. I enjoyed this book immensely!

40th book by a new author to me. This book was a beautiful clean romance story that has some twists and turns that will keep you turning the pages to find out how all the threads weave together. A quick read that has strong character development and a very good plot.

What a fabulous whodunnit book! Filled with mystery and intrigue from the very beginning and kept me guessing right up until the very end! If you enjoy books about close knit families with complex relationships filled with secrets, then this book is a must read! Well written, and a real page turner! I really enjoyed this book which is written by a surgeon. I loved reading about the personal experiences and perspectives of this surgeon which were bursting with detail,pure honesty and emotion. I look forward to reading another book by Dr. Ruggieri.

This book was an ARC from a debut author that was fabulous! This romance grabbed me from page one and just kept getting better and better! There were twists and turns throughout the book, and times that I found myself saying oh nooo this can‘t be happening. I just kept on reading for the next twist. I will be looking forward to future books from this author because I thoroughly enjoyed her writing style and depth of character development.

This was an ARC about a wedding that spanned over three days. The book was enjoyable, but I found that the character development and storyline could have been more detailed and developed. The book left me with a feeling of wanting more in the way of a deeper storyline.

But, since this is still in its development phases things can go wrong, and Laurel finds herself tumbling between two worlds. Sounds a bit confusing, but fun. A very compelling page turner This book was set in WW2, and was about the women who cared for the children and pregnant women in a home. Lots of romance throughout this book, many secrets that were kept inside individuals make for a wonderful charming book that is not to be missed. There were those that tried to do good at the risk of their own lives and this book was highly emotional and thoroughly enjoyable right through to the end of this ARC.

Having been a new mother many many years ago, this book brought back many memories of those tired and sleepless nights in a new neighborhood for me. But , this book takes on many twists and turns and is a psychological thriller that will keep you on your toes and turning the pages into the wee hours of the night! The author does a great job of incorporating the subject of post-partum depression and psychosis into the book.

A very unique HF book for the WW2 time period that focuses on Operation Paperclip which is not widely used as a subject matter in books during this time period. The book is highly emotional,riveting and gut wrenching . I thoroughly enjoyed this book,and felt that I learned a bit more history of this period which really added to my enjoyment!
