So i loved The Perfect Wife by Blake Pierce. I couldnt put it down and look forward to the rest of the series. I know nothing about this author so when i go on Amazon to look at her other books i noticed something cool. Book 1 of each of her series is available for free. Now i have each book 1 and spent nothing. I thought I'd share in case anyone else wanted to take advantage of that. #kindle #bookdeal #blurb

Pickpick

This was 12 on #bookspin and im glad i read it. What seperates a really good book from a great book to me? Its if it stirs real emotions and this one had me sobbing. This is a great book. The book was full of depressed people and tragic circumstances and it was a story that you hoped something good would come from it all. It sounds miserable but it was a beautiful haunting read and it sticks with you. Wow Its worth the read. @TheAromaofBooks

Mehso-so

It was okay but pretty basic. It was an easy read but predictable. If i can figure out the twist halfway thru the book then there isnt any real shock value to the suspense. I wouldnt read again and it didnt leave me feeling glad that i read it either. I give it a just so so and feel like skipping this read wont feel like you are missing anything.

The Killing Fog | Jeff Wheeler

I have read all of his other series and they are all really really good. I saw book 1 of his new series offered for Prime First Reads this month and it was no question which book i was selecting. If you like fantasy and havent read Jeff Wheeler, i highly recommend checking out The Kingsfountain Series and expanding from there. You will be hooked from the first book. #jeffwheeler #primefirstreads #fantasy #fiction

The Wives: A Novel | Tarryn Fisher

I jusr finished The Wives by Tarryn Fisher. It was all kinds of screwed up and i dont know if i liked it or not but it was a good read. I love that you really didnt know whar was delusion or reality til the end. No spoilers but the ending you will never see coming either way.

An emotional read. Its a story centered around Caitlin Sumers, the attention seeking troubled girl, that invites mousey Victoria Leonard to Marthas Vineyard for the summer when they are 12. Its a summer tradition from then on. Its the main stage for the story. It is centered around caitlins actions but is written about Victorias life and how those things shape her life. Friendship is a double edge sword that Judy Blume poetically tells us about.

5 out of 5! It‘s a dark and twisted story told from three narrators in three timelines. The darkness builds and characters become mad, power hungry, broken and you question what‘s real and what‘s true. Who is evil? Who is the victim? Who will hold the power in the end? What is the biggest tragedy? A great plot that is intricate and twisted until the very end. It‘s dark and heavy and i was emotionally spent when it ended which left me satisfied.
