I highly recommend this book! It is the #ForeverYoungAdult book club pick for this month, and I am glad I read it. It is not something I normally would have chosen, as it is realistic YA, but I enjoyed it all the same. It is about being brave as a teen, and doing what you know is best for you, even if others can't see that.
Two books I hope two get through this weekend - #Gemina by #amiekaufman and #jaykristoff and #serpentking by #jeffzentner which is the #foreveryoungadult book club pick for the month.

The first real snow day of the year seems like a good time to start my first book of 2017! Today is definitely the kind of day to curl up under the blankets with some coffee and a book!

I also plan on re-reading #AirAwakens by #elisekova .
pickMy last read of 2016 also has the prettiest cover. #AThousandPiecesOfYou was a wonderful trip through #YA #scifi with some multi-dimensional travel and finding love in unexpected places. I am very much looking forward to the rest of this trilogy!
At the last minute, I finished my final book for my challenge! 80 books read this year! I spent this week binge reading so I could make the goal. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. A big reading slump over the summer and starting grad school held me back, but I think things will be easier next year. 2017 will have the same goal - 80 books!

pickAnother look into #DanielJoséOlder and his Brooklyn. #Shadowshaper was fun and different, but I do think that his other books are generally better. However, I highly recommend this book.
pickI am so glad #SixOfCrows was picked for my school's book club, and that #CrookedKingdom was already out and I didn't have to wait. Both of these books were much darker than anticipated, but they still had moments of funny that made me snort. There were twists and turns, and not much ended up as I thought it would. I really hope that #LeighBardugo gives us more of #TheCrows in the future!

And even though I am not big on math, and I do not have a background in statistics or probability or anything like that, #NakedStatistics is a really great and worthwhile read. Not something I would usually read, but I am glad I picked it up!
pick5 ⭐ for the 👑 of ♥! I really enjoyed #Heartless even though I am not a huge fan of #AliceInWonderland . This was a great book from #OwlCrate! Though you know how it ends, there are so many twists and turns that keep you guessing - will she or won't she?
Another #currentlyreading is #Heartless by #MarissaMeyer . I am not usually someone who likes #AliceInWonderland themed things, but I am enjoying this new take that I got in November's #OwlCrate !
This is a fantastic version of one of my all time favorite books. Rachel McAdams was a wonderful choice for narrator. Her voice is perfect for the story!
