Losing it - Alles nicht so einfach | 
panEh, didn‘t love this at all. Garrick is a pretty flat character, and Bliss annoyed me. Even with just her name. There are far better new adult romances out there. This has a much better cover than the first run - and includes a bonus epilogue, you know, if you‘re really interested.
Not bad, and a really quick read. Didn‘t feel extremely connected to the characters.

? I laughed out loud reading this. I still chuckle when I see this book. I mean ??? she got a cat!
panAs much as I try, I just can‘t get into romances. What‘s wrong with me? Sure, I like the sexy bits, but the silliness surrounding it all just keeps my eyes rolling. There was definitely some humor in this one, I snickered occasionally, and I loved all the stuff with the cat, Hamlet (thus this cute sticker). I can‘t even say it‘s because I guess I‘m getting old, because I don‘t think I‘ve ever liked romance....but I keep trying…
pickI had a hard time getting into this book at first. Bliss' insecurities were just a bit annoying for me. However once I realized that she is an over thinker and over analyzer I tolerated the insecurities. This is my first Cora Carmack book and I enjoyed it. Looking forward to reading Cade's story.

bailedFluff Audio WTF love triangle which includes the puppy eyes male friend and the lusty teacher. Texas the law is very clear - teacher having sex with a student, consensual or otherwise and at any age, is considered a second degree felony. The only way around this is for the parties to be over 18 and to have had sexual intercourse prior to the student teacher situation. It carries with it up to a 20 year prison sentence. Stupid premise.
panSomewhat entertaining, but the flat characters and extremely predictable plot had me rolling my eyes way too much.
