I have intentions to reread all of the time, but then there are so many books I haven‘t read yet. Here are three I have reread. #3books

This book has been on my TBR since I was 12! I had read Mrs. Mike (❤️) and thought it would be similar. Based on a true story of a teacher in the mining community of Chicken Alaska in the 20‘s. It has a pioneer feel and a forbidden (at the time) romance. I looked up Anne Hobbs online and she adopted many children. Also there are tours of her school house in Chicken Alaska. Don‘t let my 2/5❄️s rating scare you, I just wanted more.
Probably because it was written as told, the action in this book barely stopped. What a testimony to how far we have come in opening our minds. It is unbelievable also to a comfort lover like me that people live in such cold, wild conditions. Heard the suggestion on What Should I Read Next podcast-
I have posted about this one several times. I'm not sure how many times I have reread it since middle school but I still love it and cried at the end. This was the cover I read in middle school. #retrorereads
#anditsaugust Day 12 I first read this in middle school and loved it. I have it in hardback and on my Kindle. 😁I'm planning to reread it this year. #needsmorelove #onsale
#feistyfeb Day 3 I have posted this one before but I'm sure it's my most reread book. It's on my list for the Retro Rereads challenge this year too. 💟
#booktober Day 26 At first I was going to say I don't reread books because my TBR is ever growing, but that's a lie. I do reread sometimes, just not a lot. Here are a few that I love and have reread. I started rereading HP in September again and need to get back to it. #rereads
My #FunFridayPhoto is Tisha, by Robert Specht. Truly, a wonderful book. Set in Chicken, Alaska (🐓!!!), where it is 65 degrees today, this is creative non-fiction based on the story of a young woman who braved the 1920s Alaskan wilderness to establish a school. It is a love story, romantic love, but also a teacher's love for her students, and both these are put at risk because of racism.
Fun Friday Photo: This has been one of my favorite books since middle school. I just love the story. In fact, I think I'm going to have to read it again soon!
