**not a book post** I‘ve been listening to this podcast and it is hilarious and wonderful! It‘s been helping me with my walks in the evenings. I haven‘t been in a good place mentally and it‘s been taking it‘s toll on me physically. I want to change all that and be a better me. So I‘m eating healthier, taking time for me and going for walks. I‘m feeling really good most days and this pod cast is keeping me laughing through it!
